PAGASA issued Rainfall Advisory No. 77 at 5:00 AM on September 10, 2026, warning of light to moderate rains across several provinces in Northern Luzon due to the Southwest Monsoon.

The Habagat is driving these weather disturbances. While some parts of the region are already experiencing active downpours, PAGASA expects the rain to spread across the rest of the covered areas within the morning.
