Fair with Isolated Rainshowers and Thunderstorms

The PAGASA weather forecast issued at 4:00 AM on July 22, 2026, predicts localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers across Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
