According to PAGASA in its official forecast released at 5:00 AM on June 19, 2026, Northern Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized weather disturbances. The state weather bureau reports that temperatures will range from 25°C to 33°C with light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast. This daily weather pattern is expected to bring brief, scattered rainshowers across the region’s provinces while coastal waters remain slight to moderate.
For residents in La Union, the daily temperatures are expected to peak at 33°C, bringing warm and humid conditions throughout the day. Localized thunderstorms are highly possible in the afternoon or evening, which may bring sudden, brief downpours to local communities.
