PAGASA issued a regional forecast at 05:00 AM on 15 July 2026, saying Northern Luzon will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms, with temperatures around 25°–33°C, moderate winds from the southwest to south, and moderate coastal conditions.
